Where as I applaud this initiative, there is much more that can be done. This is the age of Web 2.0!

There should be a Facebook group called InvestinJA, where information about investment opportunities in Jamaica are routinely posted, and the diaspora as well as other Jamaicans and expatriates can post comments and pose questions to be answered by experts.

That's what happens when librarians are not in power or advising our government!

This Librarian says "More E-government!"

Blogger's Intent for CaribLIN

The aim of this blog is "catalogue" (in the least technical sense of the word) all the news regarding the information industry that affect libraries and librarians.

CaribLIN - is an attempt to document information to launch research into the information industry and keep up with the trends in the industry.

I hope all who view this blog will find it useful!
